Dastan Samanata was found naked with his placenta still attached, in front of a house in Waturenggong on Saturday, 12 March 2016. His mother, not known, is estimated to have just given birth to him before throwing him. He was brought to the public hospital in a good condition without bruises or scratches. His birth weight is 2,5 kg and his height is 49 cm. On 15 July 2016, he was brought to the foundation.
