Baby Rei was found on Sunday 25 February 2018 around 04.00 am next to a traditional market in Mengwi, Badung with the weight of 3.200 g and height of 53 cm. He was found inside a tightly tied plastic bag, still bloody with his placenta attached, in a thrash can by 2 citizen who parked their car infront of the thrash can. He was first taken to a clinic before going to a public hospital. He was put under our care on 5 March 2018.
